Return & Refund Policy – Balibody

At Balibody, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank for processing times

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
